Essential Duties:

• Scheduling flights in Reservation System.
• Aircraft tracking and monitoring.
• Coordination of ground based and air transport.
• Client Interaction. Providing exemplary customer service under all circumstances.
• Assist with office duties and other special projects as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. College Preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual Preferred.
• Works well in a team environment and flexible in the application or changing corporate strategies.
• Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, holidays and overtime.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to clear a 10 year background check.
